When you send through your documentation, make sure that you send certified copies, originals or photocopies. Make sure that these documents are in English and that you send through everything that is required. A good tip is to send through all the documentation at once because the more you send through; the faster it will be processed. Also remember to check that your passport is updated and ready for when you want to go.

A temporary work permit is available for a variety of work related situations in New Zealand such as short-term employment, working holidays, or temporary positions with the intention to settle later on.

You may be eligible to have a working holiday in New Zealand if you are between 18 and 30 years old. In contrast to other countries where it is difficult to get a short-term job for holidays, New Zealand offers a range of shorter job opportunities. Working holidaymakers are encouraged to find jobs in agriculture, viticulture (grape-growing) and horticulture.
