Trans-Global Migration is an established consultancy situated in Sandton ,Johannesburg, and consults and conducts informative seminars on immigration throughout Southern Africa and offers a comprehensive counseling and processing service with the objective of obtaining residence status for their clients.

The company is headed by John Gambarana and Maria Grondein who collectively have more than 19 years of experience in the migration industry, and are au fait with all aspects of consulting, technical ability, and importantly, contact with professional associates and service providers in five English speaking countries, Australia; New Zealand; Canada; USA and UK, to help newcomers to assimilate to their new environment with positivity and ease.

John has a successful track record of more than 35 years in Marketing and Sales and was involved in the Hydraulic component industry for 25 years representing major brands in South Africa before considering a career in the migration industry.

Maria has a corporate banking background having started her career in banking with Barclays Bank in 1972 and later joining Citibank as a junior. She worked her way through the ranks to become one of the few females globally to hold the rank of Vice President within the group and headed up the audit team for banking operations for the Southern African region, based in Johannesburg.

John was originally introduced to the migration industry in 1997 when he joined a major immigration company as a consultant and soon learned about the intricacies of emigration Within 2 years John was promoted to Senior Consultant and Director of Sales and Marketing for the group.
Maria Grondein joined the same organization in 1999 and was trained as a consultant and went on to manage the Cape Town office a position she held until 2002.

John and Maria then left to form Trans-Global Migration in July 2002 and have established premises in Rivonia, Johannesburg. Over the years Trans-Global have evolved as a major player in the immigration services sector in South Africa due mainly to the integrity of its members and their in-depth knowledge of immigration procedures and requirements.

Maria heads up the technical and processing team and is responsible for the correct compilation and preparation of all applications to the various immigration offices of the countries concerned, while maintaining correspondence links with these offices to ensure continual feedback on the progress of applications and to monitor changes in immigration policies as they occur.

John heads up the marketing and consultancy sectors of the business and is responsible for the day to day representation of the company and its services. He consults with families and individuals throughout South Africa and offers advice on all aspects of relocation and successful migration and in particular, his many years in the corporate business world qualifies John to offer wide ranging advice to prospective business migrants.
